DIRECTIONS: Wash your hands. Remove the pH strip from the package by its handle. Do not allow the pH paper to come into contact with any surface. Lay the strip on a clean, sterile, flat surface. Use the provided swab. Hold the swab handle between your thumb and forefinger. Spread with your free hand. Insert the swab into your vagina, tilting it so that it comes entirely in contact with the vaginal wall. Hold for 5 seconds. Remove the swab, being careful not to any part except the stick. Apply swab specimen directly to the colored tip of the strip. Wait 15 seconds and then match with the provided color chart.

You can start testing 10-14 days after conception an with the morning's first urine.
DIRECTIONS: After urinating into provided disposable cup, dip the pregnancy test strip tip into the urine for 5 seconds to 10 seconds. Do not immerse past the MAX line indicated on the strip. Lay the strip flat on a clean, dry, non-absorbent surface. Results will show in 3-5 minutes. No later than 5 minutes, read your result.

- Invalid: No visible band at all or only in the test region.
